Bolt Conveyancing does not provide legal services. Any complaints relating to legal work must be raised directly with the panel firm handling your matter, in accordance with their complaints procedure. Bolt receives a referral fee when a client instructs a panel firm. Bolt acts solely as an introducer, and  personal data is shared with panel firms for referral purposes, after which the panel firm becomes the data controller for the legal work.
